Kiteboarding lessons - Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled, with a complete refund, up to 2 days before the scheduled lesson time.
A fee of $50.00 will be applied to any lessons cancelled or rescheduled within 2 days of the scheduled lesson start time.
A fee of $100.00 will be applied to any lessons cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of the scheduled lesson start time.
No rainchecks will be issued for no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of a lesson.

RAINCHECK POLICY

All lessons are pre‐paid upon booking with The Kite School to ensure a time slot and the availability of an instructor, equipment and/or personal watercraft. In the event of a postponement or cancellation, your lesson will be rescheduled to the next available slot. The Kite School strives to get you riding and will do everything possible to reschedule your lesson promptly.

If a lesson is cancelled due to weather, you will be issued a raincheck equivalent to the value of the lesson booked. The full value of a raincheck may be redeemed for lessons, equipment and or merchandise purchased from The Kite School for up to a year after the purchase time.

If you fail to show up at the time of your scheduled lesson, or fail to call to postpone your scheduled lesson, you will forfeit the value of your lesson and will not receive a raincheck. If you fail to show up on time for your scheduled lesson, the amount of time you are late will be deducted from the total lesson time.
